Why safety and risk are vital factors in an organization

Engineering products and products of different organizations are designed and manufactured with the aim of serving the people considering their safety and thus help in avoiding risks.Despite careful analysis and design,some products have some unforeseen failures,our machines and control system malfunctions because of unexpected circumstances and even leading to death of an individual.As a result,safety is not there and hence the risk becomes unavoidable.Hence we should take steps to improve safety and reduce risks in a product.Hence safety and risk are two important factors to be considered for designing a product.
