Types of organizational communication

This kind of communication will be based on formal network communication, grapevine communication etc.Formal networks involve a lot of people and hence face many complications.This group is further subdivided into chain,wheel and all channel networks.The chain involves the normal hierarchical procedure whereas wheel focuses on the central one.Here the team relies on the leader.In all channel network,all people communicate with each other.Apart from these ,the organization communication also includes computer aided communication to facilitate faster communication.
