Proficiency virtues and sense of responsibility in an organization

Proficiency virtues means mastery of technical skills or in general mastery of one's craft indeed.They are also known as intellectual virtues.The most common and general proficiency virtue is competence.Apart from that diligence,careful attention in task performance and workaholic are considered as professional virtues.Another main virtue is sense of responsibility to get ourselves involved in work which includes the various virtues like integrity,honesty,unity,compromise and loyalty.We should meet out the obligations and other responsibilities include general moral standards of people and blame or praise worthiness.Hence we should make ourselves prepared to fulfill these commitments at work.
