The three main factors which mainly decide our level in the organization are adaptability, flexibility and understanding about our colleagues. We should understand the feelings of our friends to win hearts and to be mutually flexible to get more support.Moreover, we should be very loyal and confidential to our superiors and be friendly to our sub ordinates and thus can influence all people in the organization.
