The vital factors which play a major role in determining human personality are extroversion which means one's comfort level with relationships.Extroverts will be more friendly and sociable whereas introverts are reserved and timid.The next thing is acceptance and agreeableness.Agreeable people will be cooperative and soothing to us and the rest is the viceversa.The next comes the reliability measure of a person ,that is conscientiousness.Persons who are reliable must be responsible,organised,dependable and persistent.People should have high emotional stability and the final one is that people should have interests and attraction with novelty.
