Confidentiality and its related terms

The employees should kept the information of the organization confidential.The related terms of confidentiality are privileged information and proprietary information.Privileged information is the information that will be available only on the basis of special privilege.Special privilege means the privilege accorded to an employee working on a special on a special assignment.It covers information that has not yet become public or widely known within an organization.The other one is proprietary information which is the information that a company owns.It is the information owned by the proprietor in a legal sense.This means property or ownership.
