Work ethics

Ethics is nothing but a set of moral principles. Work ethic is a characteristic attitude of a group of persons or workers towards morality of work. It is also personally accountable and responsible for the work that one does. It is based on a belief that work has a great value. The term work ethic is often applied to characteristics of people at work. It includes good attitudes we use in relation with other people. It also influences how one get along with other people. Work ethic is influenced by the way he is brought up in life and also influenced by his family, friends and environment.
